Who is the Data Protection Officer?

How we use your data: 
The personal data we collect about you will include data relating to your name, address, date of birth, email address and your past medical history.
We will process your personal data to allow us to provide a safe service and make any necessary changes to the individual exercises that may be appropriate.  
Your data will also be used to manage future communications between us including information about any class time changes, class cancellations due to sickness, new programme dates and any other communications about our services.  
We will only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected.  
We do not share your data with any other third party.  
You can opt out from receiving such communications and services at any time by emailing info@revivalpilates.co.uk   

How we store your data: 
The information you have provided is stored securely and all electronic data, such as emails, are password protected and only accessible by authorised individuals. 
You have the right to ask for a copy of all the data that we hold about you, this is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR).
The GDPR introduces a right for individuals to have personal data erased when the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose which it was originally collected for.
You can make a request for erasure verbally or in writing.
