Revival Pilates Terms & Conditions
1. Booking a 4 week programme
Contact Andrea on 07956 260617 or email info@revivalpilates.co.uk to book your place on a class. All clients booking the 4 week programme start on the same week. The 4 week programme runs over 4 consecutive weeks. Missed classes cannot be carried over into the next programme.
2. Booking single session classes
Single drop in classes can be booked from 24 hours before the class start time.
3. Class cancellation - changes/swaps
If you can’t attend the class, for any reason, then please inform the Pilates Instructor as soon as possible.
Refunds cannot be given for missed classes and classes cannot be carried forward into the next programme, so please bear this in mind when booking. If you cannot attend your scheduled class the Instructor will do her best to accommodate you in a different class in the same 4 week block but this can't be guaranteed as it is subject to class availability.
It is essential that any class changes are confirmed before attendance to ensure there is space on the requested class.
4. Rebooking
Those booked onto the current 4 week programme get priority for the next programme. Please ensure that the Instructor is informed as soon as possible if you do not wish to continue to attend.
Your place on the programme cannot be saved without payment (e.g. when on holiday). When a space becomes available on a full class it is automatically offered to the next person on the waiting list.
5. Session times
The classes run for 55 minutes.
6. Payments
Payment can be made by bank transfer before the first class – please contact Andrea for payment information

7. Equipment
The minimum equipment requirements when attending the Pilates Class are a mat and head support. A small towel works well as a head support.
Other small equipment will be an optional part of the class and so the class can be completed with no additional equipment if preferred. Equipment will be available for you to use, if you prefer to purchase your own the
equipment used is as follows:
Soft Pilates Ball 7"
Soft Hand Weights
2 x 0.5kg or 2 x 1kg
Resistance Band
Pilates Circle
8. Registration Form
All new clients MUST
complete a registration form before attending the first class.

All previous clients, if there has been ANY health changes since you last completed the registration form please ensure you complete a new one before attending the first class.
It is your responsibility to inform the Pilates Instructor of any health changes in the future.
9. Arrival protocol
Lancaster Way Community Centre - The main front entrance will be used for entry and exit. The door locks automatically, access to the building is given 5 minutes before the class start time, if the door is not open please ring the bell.
Primrose Gardens - The main entrance accessed from the Primrose Gardens car park should be used for entry and exit. Go past reception to the left, down the steps and the studio door is on the left.
Petite Academy – The studio is on the first floor. The entrance at the back of the building should be used for entry & exit, this is accessed via the external stairs in the car park.
Tatton Gardens - Use the main Tatton Gardens entrance, go past reception to the left and the Community Centre door is on the left just past a support column. Please do not use Bees Country Kitchen for entrance or exit unless purchasing from the Cafe.
10. Parking
Lancaster Community Centre, Lancaster Way, Buckshaw Village, PR7 7JL - the Community Centre is the one next to Aldi, behind Costa and there is plenty of free parking at the front and side of the Centre
Petite Academy, 147a Towngate, Leyland, PR25 2LH – the studio is above a small row of shops. There is a small car park behind the building, the entrance is next to the Be Barbered and the exit is next to the Funeral Directors (other shops on this row are PC Academy, Debbie Austin Hairdressers and Lancashire Photography). You can park anywhere on the car park, except the space reserved for Desi Punjabi Cuisine, as all other businesses are closed in the evening. There is a car park on King Street (opposite The British Commercial Vehicle Museum), this is 50p for 2 hours and is free after 6pm. Asda car park is a very short walk at 171 Towngate. There is also street parking nearby.
Primrose Gardens, Fleet Street, Chorley, PR7 2EE – the two Primrose Gardens car parks are permit holders only so please do not park here as you will be fined. There is street parking for up to 2 hours alongside Primrose Gardens on Fleet Street or on Cheapside. Fleet Street car park is opposite the building and this is £1 for stays longer than one hour. Asda car park is also nearby.
Tatton Gardens Community Centre, Windermere Road, Chorley, PR6 0FJ - there are 2 free car parks behind the Community Centre and there is street parking alongside Tatton Gardens if these are full. Please do not park in the small car park opposite the entrance as this is for the GP surgery only.
11. Pilates Instructor illness
If any class/classes need to be cancelled due to Instructor illness the 4 week block will be extended.
12. Client responsibility
Ensure the instructor is aware of any health changes.
